Richard Rollins Park is a 12-acre community park east of Terrace Hills Middle School. A steep slope separates homes to the east, while a lesser slope allows access from private gates of several homes to the south. De Berry Street to the north separates other residences but has two crosswalks for pedestrian access. The City of Grand Terrace owns, maintains, and operates the park, which features mature trees, entry signage, a gated parking area with automatic gates and accessible spaces, a stand-alone restroom, a concession/restroom building for weekend events, two children’s play areas, and four shade shelters with picnic tables.
